I haven't lost much weight either, in fact don't think I have lost any. Wondering if I have not been eating enough food? Have had a few sugarless Popsicles. Do u think that will stop weight loss?
I don't think eating sugar free Popsicles will stop the weight loss, but it might encourage cravings-- at least that's what it does for me. :)
Your point about not eating enough is something I've been thinking about lately. I have a tendency to leave out veggies and that's not very healthy! There has to be a balance between reducing carbs and still eating enough to function!
