Belly Fat Cure Basics

In the book, Jorge Cruise outlines three simple rules for following his brand of low-carb diet:
  1. Eat less than 15g of sugar per day.
  2. Have around 120g of carbohydrates per day.
  3. Never use artificial sweeteners.
Keeping these three easy rules will ensure a certain amount of success. To see really spectacular results, however, it's a good idea to read the book and follow it to the letter.

Cruise outlines other aspects of a healthy diet that are of the utmost importance on the BFC. These include:
  • Getting enough fiber,
  • Drinking enough water, and
  • Portioning out your carbs to keep blood sugar even.
The book also offers tons of useful "swaps" for everyday foods to help you stay within the limits of the diet.

That's it! It's really very simple. The result is a sustainable way of eating that is as nutritious as you want to make it.

I haven't lost much weight either, in fact don't think I have lost any. Wondering if I have not been eating enough food? Have had a few sugarless Popsicles. Do u think that will stop weight loss?

I don't think eating sugar free Popsicles will stop the weight loss, but it might encourage cravings-- at least that's what it does for me. :)

Your point about not eating enough is something I've been thinking about lately. I have a tendency to leave out veggies and that's not very healthy! There has to be a balance between reducing carbs and still eating enough to function!
